Shipping policy


Shipping time frame 

All shipping charges are a flat rate based on your shipping address and product ordered.  

The processing times for fine art prints is dependent on the shipping address. 

  • New Zealand shipping times: 2-5 business days*
  • International shipping times: 5-10 business days*

The processing times for original artwork is dependent on the shipping address. 

  • New Zealand shipping times: 3-5 business days*
  • International shipping times: 7-10 business days*

Please note that on occasion, delays in dispatching orders may occur. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience and thank you greatly for your patience.

If you need a change of address, we must be alerted within 24 hours of purchase in order to guarantee the change. We are unable to change the address once it has dispatched from our local printer. Please contact us through the contact page as soon as possible. 

Art By Kerina is not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping addresses given by the customer. Please ensure that you provide the complete and correct mailing addresses at the checkout. 

Tracking 

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If it looks like you haven’t received the tracking, please check your spam folder in case it got there or contact at studioartbykerina@gmail.com. 

Packaging

All prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Most art print sizes will be sent flat in a protective clear crystal sleeve with backing card. Larger prints will be carefully rolled in acid-free tissue paper and sent in a sturdy tube. 

To ensure safe delivery, all original artworks are securely packaged with bubble wrap, cardboard and extra cushioning inside a box. Please allow between 3-5 business days to get your original artwork ready to ship. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Art By Kerina is not responsible to pay any custom duties on international orders, all responsibility is with the customer once the item has been dispatched from New Zealand. These charges are not included in your order total. Please make yourself aware of your country’s rules in regards to custom fees and import taxes. The customer will be responsible for unexpected customs or duty fees/taxes.
