Refund policy


Original Artwork

Due to the unique nature of an original artwork, all sales of original pieces are final.

We do not offer refunds or returns on original artworks. If the item arrives damaged in transit you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can work out further steps. 

Please provide clear photographs of the following:

    • The external packaging
    • The internal packaging
    • The damaged artwork
  • Retain all packaging materials for inspection

Fine Art Prints

All print sales are made to order and are considered custom items.

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address/shipping details provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by postal couriers
  • Customs processing delays
  • Unclaimed deliveries
  • Minor variations in colour due to screen differences

Incorrect or Damaged Prints

Please inspect your order upon delivery and if your print arrives damaged or is the wrong item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographs of:
    • The damaged or wrong item
    • All packaging materials. 

Approved damage claims will be resolved with either a replacement or refund. If a replacement is necessary we will arrange re-print sent out ASAP at no cost once approved.
